Being a leader means that the needs of the people who are being led are put before everything else. Leaders who put their interests before those people who put them in to leadership are very horrible example of leaders and should be stripped off the leadership esteem and luxuries if they cannot deliver what is expected from them. The vice president of my company is a very pleasant lady. She is loved by so many of the people who work under her it is really amazing. She has a good understanding of all those people who are working for her and that is what makes her very pleasant. I asked her to share some of her insights on a leadership training seminar that I was attending and she made me proud. The one thing that she said and I would never forget is make people who depend on her feel understood. She knows personal details of employees and she is the best person to determine who needs to work over time and weekends. She is always lenient to mothers and they love her for that and in turn they never disappoint her. |

People wonder how comes my friends and I are so young and yet our business is doing so well it is as if we have been in business for a very long time. We have been asked by very many business owners to help them in the performance coaching in their business empires. They suspect that is why we are doing so well in business. Well their suspicions are very accurate, we are partners in the business and we never belittle each other. We know our strengths and weaknesses and we will never expect too much from each other. That is probably why we make such a good team. And that is how teams should work, as a unit. So when it came to the performance coaching we informed leaders to give people a reason to listen to them. They should do things that will make their employees want to emulate them. When they do this the people who look up to them will develop not only awe but respect too. That is one of the things that make my friends and I a great team. |

Not all women and girls appreciate themselves the way they look. Most of women who don’t like the way the look are ones with big body. Others don’t think big bodies are beautiful and want to be with small bodies. Models are people admired by many people because they look good with their slim body. It’s difficult to find models who are big because the requirements for models is to be slim and to have a height. The sport psychologist tells those women who have big bodies to participate in sports and they will have slim bodies just like model people. Sports help people to maintain their bodies and achieve a good shape to be called out for advertising. Those who eat a lot should be careful with the food they eat because it can lead to obesity and many people will not like the outcome of the big bodies which majority of people don’t like. Others get sick because of big bodies and they become lazy to walk to far distances to do house chores for many hours is a problem. |

Numerous countries depend a lot on the exchange of goods and services from one country to another. Some of these countries whom depend a lot on exports, and imports are the countries that are on the long road to development. These countries face a lot of political instability, they go through hunger strikes and there are also countless cases of unemployment. Another thing that is crippling these countries is poverty, and that is why the idea of Fairtrade came along. This was to ensure that when the countries that were already developed wanted to buy goods, especially agricultural products like tea or coffee, then they could in turn buy them is such a price that is going to be a benefit to the country. What I am trying to say is that when it came to buying the produce, they would buy them at a higher price that would be a profit and an advantage to the developing country. It would also act as a motivating factor. Many leader who do not support fair trade say that fairtrade is stunting the growth of such nations, that instead of being lenient to them, they should make it hard so that they can get a way to move from developing to developed. |

My favourite car is BMW M5, which is the fastest four door car in the world. Almost all BMW cars are designed such that they give looks of anger and fear, and this car can certainly frighten you if seen at night! I've been on a few driving experience days and always look out for a BMW.
The M5 has a big 5.0 V-10 liter engine and four fat exhausts at the back. It accelerates from 0-100 in 4.5 seconds and 0-160 in 14.5 seconds. Its top speed is limited to 155mph and without that limiter it can do 204mph. It's very luxurious, well equipped and very comfortable. Normally it hands over 400 hourse power but when in sports mode, it provides 507 horses to you! Its a rear wheel drive car and cleverly looks the same as the normal BMW 5 series, just a little difference at the front, rear bumpers and exhausts. Anyone who doesn't have much knowledge about cars would say its a BMW 5 series. Its almost twice as powerful as BMW 5 series. Its quite expensive as well, but you'd expect that! |
