The Windows operating system is a very difficult to understand thing when you start looking under the fancy UI. However, Windows generally comes down with the same problems no matter what. It's usually a result of malware or spyware, or even the repeated installation and uninstallation of software and hardware. This can damage system files and folders in the Windows operating system, causing errors, crashes, freezes, and slowdowns. The only way you could really fix Windows in the past was to just completely reinstall everything. However, this is often not the best solution for people who have software and other things on their computer that they can't easily replace.
