Understanding leaders make employees be very productive

Being a leader means that the needs of the people who are being led are put before everything else. Leaders who put their interests before those people who put them in to leadership are very horrible example of leaders and should be stripped off the leadership esteem and luxuries if they cannot deliver what is expected from them. The vice president of my company is a very pleasant lady. She is loved by so many of the people who work under her it is really amazing. She has a good understanding of all those people who are working for her and that is what makes her very pleasant. I asked her to share some of her insights on a leadership training seminar that I was attending and she made me proud. The one thing that she said and I would never forget is make people who depend on her feel understood. She knows personal details of employees and she is the best person to determine who needs to work over time and weekends. She is always lenient to mothers and they love her for that and in turn they never disappoint her.
